Terms of Service

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to maintain and promptly update your account information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, ALBIS AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business or personal use.

• You may not sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform except as expressly authorized.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code.

• You may not use the Platform to build a competing AI system or agent framework.

• You may not use automated tools such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers without written permission.

• You may not circumvent usage limits, security features, or access controls.

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time.

ALBIS AI may provide access to generative AI systems, digital twins, agentic workflows, automation tools, APIs, or related AI-powered features.

• AI-generated outputs may be probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies.

• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it.

• The Platform does not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

• We may update models, systems, or capabilities at any time to improve performance, safety, or compliance.

You retain ownership of content, data, prompts, files, or materials you submit ("User Content").

You grant ALBIS AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, reproduce, and display User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Platform. We do not sell your User Content.

• Your User Content must not violate any law.

• Your User Content must not infringe third-party rights.

• Your User Content must not contain unlawful or harmful material.

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

You agree not to use the Platform to engage in harmful, unlawful, or abusive conduct. We may investigate and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

• Generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or obscene material

• Harm or exploit minors

• Develop weapons, malware, or harmful code

• Engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation

• Attempt to access other users' data

• Interfere with the Platform's security or performance

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

Except for your User Content, all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, AI models, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by ALBIS AI or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the Platform.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services such as cloud providers, APIs, or payment processors. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform. Review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and process personal information.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so these disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALBIS AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of CAD $50 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. These limitations apply even if we were advised of possible damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALBIS AI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Platform. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

• Your access rights immediately cease upon termination.

• Sections relating to liability, arbitration, intellectual property, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Canada under its Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Toronto, Ontario, in English, and each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for urgent matters. You and ALBIS AI agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact the Copyright Agent at legal@albisai.com and include all information required under Canadian copyright law.

We may update these Terms periodically. If material changes are made, we will post the updated version and update the effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree that electronic notices satisfy legal requirements.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ALBIS AI regarding use of the Platform.
